The Food + Wine Conference is an annual conference held in Orlando, Florida. This three-day conference is organized each year by Founder Isabel Laessig and an amazing committee. Hosted by the Family Foodie and the Sunday Supper Movement.
It was honor to be selected to represent The Food and Wine Conference by being a Brand Ambassador for one of the many incredible sponsors; Premier Beverage who distributes St. Augustine Distillery and Hess Select. I can’t forget the Poutine lunch that was sponsored by Idaho Potatoes and Wisconsin Cheese. Six delicious variations of poutine.
It doesn’t stop there, Certified Angus Beef prepared a divine family-style dinner on Saturday night. The tender New York Strip steak with confit of garlic, chimichurri, gator drool braised collard greens, asparagus with béarnaise sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes and horseradish sweet potatoes with honey butter. Drooling yet? Just look at that meal!
I had such amazing time meeting fellow blogging friends and making new friends as we all joined in a weekend of learning, food, wine and lots of fun. Lots of notes were taken during the various sessions available lead by seriously talented people.
