My father has been a grower since a very young age and something he grows yearly is cilantro. We use it in everything we can. It’s a staple in my mom’s kitchen, as it was on her mom’s and the same goes for my kitchen. Cilantro sauce is a great way to honor the flavor in another level and when adding heat it just kicks it out of the park.
