Ginger Bread Granola
Ginger bread granola is a great way to snack healthy during the busy days while still being festive. Super easy to make and amazingly fragrant.

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
  3. In a separate bowl mix in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup and molasses.
  4. Pour it over the nut mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the over, give it a stir and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Stir again and cook for an additional 10-5 minutes.
  8. Finally remove from the oven and let it fully cool.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Tip: Store any left overs in an airtight container
