Sweet and Salty Double Chocolate Bark
Sweet and salty double chocolate bark filled with nuts and dry fruits is one of the easiest treats you can make. Make different batches with your favorite flavor combinations. Plus, it makes a great gift!

  1. Melt each chocolate in the microwave over 30 seconds increments.
  2. Mix and repeat until all the chocolate is melted and smooth. Note: It usually takes me about two to three tries, depending on the amount of chocolate.
  3. Prep a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the milk chocolate into an even layer. There's no need to cover the entire sheet. You want the chocolate bark to have a certain height.
  5. Top with nuts and dry fruits.
  6. Using a spoon drizzle the melted dark chocolate.
  7. Finally drizzle the bee pollen and sea salt.
  8. Chill to set.
  9. Once set, break into pieces. Enjoy!
  10. Store any left overs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days to 2 weeks.
