Peaches and Maple Crunch Breakfast Jars
Back to school means planning easy on-the-go breakfast that not only travels well but are good for your kids. We can't get enough of these peaches and maple crunch breakfast severed in jars, easy grab-and-go. Making our #backtoschool routine an easy one!

  1. Heat oven to 355°F.
  2. Cut peaches in half. Place on the grill (we used an indoor grill) and grill for about 5 minutes or until marks are noticeable.
  3. Place the oats, almonds, pepita seeds and salt in a medium bowl. Add the maple syrup, vanilla paste and toss to combine. Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and bake for 10 minutes, toss and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crisp. Let is cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the peaches between glasses or jars and top with yogurt and the maple crunch to serve.
