  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl or mixer cream together the butter, sugar, light brown sugar and vanilla extract together until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each egg.
  6. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Do not overmix!
  7. Using a spatula, stir in the chocolate chips until they are all coated with the batter.
  8. Press dough into prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  10. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
