Blueberries are everywhere. In every farmer’s market we get to go to we have been able to find this beautiful blue gems.
I love blueberries and have made a couple of snacks with them. My favorite can easily be some blueberry cupcakes with lemon zest I posted about a couple of years ago. They are topped with a smooth cream cheese frosting I made. Blueberries cupcakes with a touch of lemon and cream cheese frosting go so well together.
