I wanted to experiment and bake some candy cane cookies for Santa, so I took some cookie dough I had in the fridge and started to roll the dough into logs. I used some of the Snickerdoodles dough I had left in the fridge, which may have not been the best dough to use. This dough tends to spread more than I would have for the candy cane cookie concept. Let me just say that I will be making them again with a different recipe.

Regardless of what your cookies looks like, don’t forget to leave some on a plate for Santa. He loves them with a cold glass of milk, trust me, I know!

Santa did like them, specially dunked in the cold milk…Just saying!
