I am very happy about this cookie recipe because it’s a dump and mix recipe. Super easy to make. It has no flour and only six ingredients. My daughter made this cookies herself and we can’t stop eating them. They melt in your mouth. Since the key ingredient is peanut butter I am treating this cookies as a healthy snack to be included in my girls lunch box.
We adapted this recipe from one my daughter brought home. One of the additions was toffee, we happen to love toffee.
Peanut Butter and Toffee Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Chocolate Bits Toffee
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Do not over mix.
Using a small ice cream scoop, (or spoon) drop the cookie dough on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 – 10 minutes or until slightly golden, (we tried both temperatures and 9 minutes worked best in my oven, other ovens are a bit different).
Let cool.
Enjoy and share. Easy right? Now, serve yourself a large glass of milk and enjoy some amazing flour-less cookies.
Disclosure: Recipe adapted, I don’t have the original source. We did make some changes to better fit what we love.
