You can't go wrong with a cream cheese and pecan pie. Perfect after any meal or just a slice with a cup of coffee and great company.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Pecan Pie
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  3. On a separate bowl combine the eggs, corn syrup and salt.
  4. Pour into the mixer and beat until well combined.
  5. Spread the pecans (chopped if desired) over the pie crust.
  6. Top with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Cover the edges with aluminum foil strips.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted near the center comes our clean.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
