Fruity Frozen Yogurt Bark

A refreshing frozen yogurt bark that will become a summer staple in your house. Top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate or shredded coconut. Anything goes!

Instructions
  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine the yogurt, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the fresh fruits.
  4. Divide yogurt mixture between prepared baking sheets, spreading into rectangles.
  5. Using a skillet lightly toast the pistachios, about 2-3 minutes in low to medium heat.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pistachios evenly among the baking sheets.
  7. Sprinkle the bee pollen, this is optional.
  8. Freeze for 2-4 hours or until firm to the touch.
  9. Once done, break into pieces and serve.
  10. Enjoy!
  11. Store in freezer any left overs.
