For this recipe we used Dixie Crystals powder sugar, Twice as Strong Vanilla Extract and Strawberry Extract from Adam’s Extract. We also used some cute cupcake paper cups from Sweets & Treats to display individual servings of marshmallow making it easier for kids and guest to grab and enjoy. The 9×13 inch pan we used is from Wilton. Go and check them out for a list of products and more inspiration.

Hi Wanda! I’m making these today and wanted to clarify the amount of strawberries you used. Did you measure the ½ cup of strawberries right after they were cut then puréed that amount or did you purée enough to get ½ cup of strawberry purée? Thanks Wanda!
Kirsten, that’s a great question. Yes, you want to measure 1/2 cup of cut strawberries and puree after. You don’t want it to be too wet as the marshmallow mixture won’t set properly. Hope this answers your question.
