Summer Fun S'mores Popsicles
S'mores Popsicles is all you need to take this summer to the next level. Creamy chocolate with a hint of crunch from the graham crackers and the smoothness from the mini marshmallows is all it takes to make a statement. Summer fun s'mores popsicles is a winner!
Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar, Dixie Crystals Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract, Adam's Extract
- 1 (8oz tube) Whipped Topping, thawed
- Mini Marshmallows
- Milk Chocolate Chips
- Honey Graham Crackers
Instructions
- In an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes.
- Add in the vanilla extract.
- Using a spatula fold in the whipped topping until it is fully incorporated into the cream cheese mixture.
- Melt milk chocolate and swirl into the mixture.
- Fold in a few mini marshmallows.
- Spoon the filling into your popsicle molds. Once your molds are full, gently tap the popsicle mold base on the countertop to help release any air pockets. Top with crushed graham crackers.
- Freeze according the manufacturers directions.
- If desired, garnish each popsicle with a spread of marshmallow or melted chocolate or enjoy as is.
- Tip: Running a little warm water along the sides of the molds will help release each popsicle with ease.
For this delicious s’mores popsicles I used Dixie Crystals Sugar and Adam’s Vanilla Extract, because using the best ingredients always matter. Bite into this refreshingly delicious popsicles while watching the kids run around the backyard. Priceless! And have you seen that beautiful cutting board? It’s from Susquehanna Glass Co. I’m loving it and using it in so many ways. Not just for cutting on to. Perfect for entertaining!
