The holidays brings many pot lucks, get-together, family from out of town and parties. One of my favorite and easiest dishes to make is a good pico de gallo or dip. They are versatile and can entertain the crown while the main dish is finished.
You can adjust the flavors to your liking and bring it up a knotch for more festive occasions. Here’s a twist to a classic pico de gallo with a tangy tamarind and spicy habanero flavor combination.
